I write the wrongs of unhealthy eating ... and offer advice for improving your diet.
I created the character, Mr. Bad Food, while working for a diet website in 2000. Mr. Bad Food is an everyday joe who makes dieting mistakes, writes about them in a humorous, conversational way, then offers tips on avoiding such dieting mistakes. I will field questions on foods (fast foods, national brand products and home-cooked meals) and tell you what traps to avoid at the supermarket and/or restaurant. I may also share some of the classic entries from my Worst Foods Hall of Shame -- believe me, you need a strong stomach to simply read about these concoctions.
Oh, and I once ate 541 hamburgers in a single year!
